Rental Requirements:

• Photo of the Driver's Licence from country of issue.
• Cost of rental .
• Local  Driver's Permit is Mandatory.
• Deposit on Vehicle*
• Collision Damage Waiver (opcional)*.
• Airport Parking Fee*
• Express Return Service*

* Deposit: A deposit is required for all rented vehicles, which is not inclusive  of the rentals rate and will be returned to car hired at the end of the rental period  if the terms are not broken. 

* Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W) : You can add this optional service to your rental agreement for just USD $17.50 per day. By accepting this waiver, your maximum financial responsibility in the event of an accident is strictly capped at a deductible of USD $1,000.00, protecting you from bearing the full cost of vehicle replacement or major repairs.

Please note that the C.D.W coverage does not extend to windshield, rear window, or side glass damage; headlights and taillights (lamps/lenses); tires/rims; vehicle canvas tops; cigarette burns to upholstery; or traffic violations.

   If you choose not accept the C.D.W, please be aware that you, as the Car Hirer, will be fully responsible for the cost of any repairs in the event of an accident, fire or theft, regardless of who

is at fault up to USD 5,000.00

   We encourage you to consider adding the C.D.W to you rental agreement for you financial

protection and peace of mind during you rental period. 

*Airport Parking Fee: When does it apply? This $10.00 USD charge is added once to your rental agreement at the time of pick-up at the airport.

 This fee exclusively covers the parking cost for the vehicle handover. Any additional parking costs you incur during your trip will be your responsibility.

*Express Return Service: Standard Professional Cleaning Fee (Mandatory) . Price: USD25.00

(charged at the end of the rental period upon vehicle return).

Reservation Requirements

   To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience, please consider the following requirements when making your reservation:

  Personal Information:

• Full name of the main driver.
• Valid driver's licence number.
• Current residential address.
• Primary and alternative contact phone numbers.
• Valid email address.

Reservation Cancellation Reasons

    We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Lack of Information:
  • Incomplete or incorrect contact information.
  • Failure to respond to our communication attempts.
• Non-compliance with Requirements:
  • Failure to meet the minimum age or documentation requirements.
  • Invalid credit card or insufficient funds.
• Force Majeure Events:
  • Accidents or damage to the reserved vehicle.
  • Adverse weather conditions that prevent safe vehicle delivery.
  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Breach of the terms and conditions of the contract.

• We recommend providing accurate and complete information when making your reservation.
• Remain available to respond to our communications.
• Carefully review the terms and conditions of your rental agreement.
